Hello everyone, a membrane switch, also known as a touch keyboard, is made using materials such as PC, PVC, PET, FPC, and double-sided adhesive soft materials, using screen printing technology. Do you know how to apply a membrane switch? Let's go through the steps together:

First, Prepare the surface: Ensure that the surface where the membrane switch will be placed is smooth, free of rust, oil, and dust.

Second, Check the size: Place the membrane switch on the designated area and verify that the size and position are correct.

Third, Peel off about 10mm of the backing paper from the bottom of the membrane switch.

Fourth, Next, place the membrane switch in its designated position and adhere one part. Slowly remove the remaining backing paper and stick the switch in place step by step.

Fifth, If the membrane switch with backing paper is accidentally removed during the application process, it should be placed with the backing paper facing upwards to avoid sticking to other surfaces.

Sixth, It is important to note that the application process should not be repeated and must be completed in one go. The angle at which the backing paper is peeled off should not exceed 15 degrees. Apply pressure evenly on a flat surface, avoiding pressing with hands as it may impact the longevity of the membrane switch.
