The membrane switch is primarily made up of different layers including the panel, surface adhesive, fixed layer, interlayer, circuit layer, and back adhesive. The panel material is typically smooth or textured, requiring flatness and printability. It must also be flexible and highly elastic. The surface adhesive is used to securely bond the panel layer to the circuit layer for sealing and connection. The circuit layer, made of materials like PC, PET, and PVC, is the central component of the membrane switch. The back adhesive is applied to keep the membrane switch in place and prevent it from falling off or shifting during use.
