Standard 1 - Disconnection and Short Circuit: Prohibited disconnection and short circuit of conductors.

Translation: Standard 2 - Ticket Collector: No fingerprints or foreign objects on the track. The direction should be stable.

Standard 3. Ink: Cover the ink with silver lines, ensuring complete coverage without any very obvious silver lines.

Standard 4: Uneven alignment of upper and lower lines: The center of contact for each switch on the upper and lower lines has a movement tolerance of ±0.2 mm.

Standard 5. Materials: Base material, silver paste, ink, intermediate layer, adhesive surface, backrest, reinforcement board, insulation shall be printed according to the drawing specifications.

Standard 6 - Appearance: The appearance, wiring, insulation treatment, etc., comply with the drawing specifications and provide actual samples that match them.

Standard 7. Punch Burrs and Die Bending Dimensions: Punch burrs and stretching dimensions must not exceed 0.2mm.

Standard 8 - Switch Contacts: There should be no adhesion of insulating oil ink. The surface of the insulating oil ink should be flattened to prevent air bubbles, pinholes, or other defects.

Standard 9: Defects such as burrs: The surface should be free of debris, foreign objects, dirt, or irregularities. The appearance should not have oil or burrs.

Standard 10 - Scratching: No wire or contact point should be scratched through the front and back. Generally, even minor scratches do not affect impedance, but friction marks may appear on carbon ink surfaces. The scratch should not affect the continuity of the lines.

Standard 11 - Adhesion: After the insulating ink has dried, the ink surfaces must adhere to each other. Then, after 24 hours of heavy pressure, the insulating surface must be fixed so that they do not adhere.

Standard 12 Jumpers: All jumpers meet conductor requirements. All jumper products undergo 100% open circuit, short circuit, and insulation resistance tests to ensure no open circuits or short circuits are present. Insulation resistance requirements exceed 500 megohms.
