The membrane switch production before the material specification – structure layer

Greetings, everyone! I am Qiong from LuPhi Electronics. Today, I will be discussing the material specifications for the production of membrane switches, specifically focusing on the structure layer. 

When we receive an order from a customer, we carefully review their drawings, relevant documents, samples, materials, customer samples, and delivery timeline to ensure we meet their requirements. What key information do we need to determine the customer's needs? The main materials involved in the structure layer include the panel, lower line, back glue, wire, fixed piece, surface, shading layer, waterproof frame, light guide plate, and more. We consider the names of these materials, the size of the opening material, the dimensions of the opening mold, and whether printing, cutting, and assembly will be required in later stages. This process helps us establish the foundation for the customer's material specifications in the early stages of membrane switch production, leading us to the selection of components and materials.
