Greetings, everyone! I am Xiaoqiong from Luphi Electronics. Today, we will be discussing the specifications of materials used in the production of membrane switches, specifically focusing on mold tooling.

Our factory produces a variety of membrane switches. Once we have confirmed the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the components, we proceed to confirm the details of the mold tooling, including the mold name, modulus, and mode. Examples of these tools include panel profile cutters and modules, line profile cutters and modules, light guide plate profile cutters and modules, back glue/line diagram files, fixed piece/surface diagram files, shading layer diagram files, waterproof frame diagram files, and panel punches.
